acre property just a short 15 minute drive to Allentown
Dockside Bed & Breakfast is newly constructed and purposely designed for a
bed and breakfast and features four rooms including three theme rooms.
We feature... |
- Four Rooms with Private Bath and Outside Keyed Entrance. Three are Theme Rooms Located
Lakeside with Jacuzzi and Private Entrance from Deck.
- Every room has a compact refrigerator with ice compartment, free snacks, fruit, soda,
and bottled water, as well as, a collection of brochures of nearby attractions and a list
of DVDs which can be borrowed overnight.
- On weekends and holidays, a hearty, hot breakfast is served every morning between 8:30
and 9am.
Weekdays, a continental breakfast is delivered to your door.
- Internet access from every room, if you have wireless capabilities on your laptop.
- Air Conditioning and Cable TV in all Rooms.
- Private Lake for Boating, Fishing, and Ice-skating (weather permitting).

Full Breakfast is
served in the Commons Room or on our large deck located over the
water. (weather permitting).

made for our guests to enjoy a quiet, comfortable,
and memorable stay.
Take a stroll around our waterfront
and 8 acre property or just rest in the gentle breeze and enjoy the view from our three
level deck. |
If you prefer
activity, you can fish, ride the paddleboat, bike or walk along our country roads, or plan
a trip to one of our many local attractions. Golfing, fitness center, skiing, wine
tasting, train rides, wild game preserve, bird sanctuary, hiking trails, and an
amusement/water park are just a short drive away.
For Corporate
Meetings, Parties, or stays with Friends consider reserving the entire Lower Level which
includes the Asian, Commons, and Safari Rooms. Suitable for 10-25 people indoors.
Outside groups or picnics up to 50
people maximum.
Policies |
- Rates include full breakfast on weekends and holidays, weekday continental breakfast,
snacks, bath
accessories, hairdryer, fresh flowers in room, and limited complimentary beverages
including juice,
bottled spring water, and soda. If desired, bring your own alcoholic beverages.
- For the comfort and safety of our guests, we do not allow pets nor small children under
12 years of age.
- Smoking is permitted outside.
- A life jacket, which we provide, is required for boating. For your safety, swimming is
not allowed.
- We are open all year, and no minimum stay is required; however, a housekeeping fee of
$35 is required for one night stays. (see exceptions under rates)
- A deposit for at least one night is required to hold any room. Cash, credit card, money
order, and
personal check (if submitted two weeks in advance) will be accepted. At least a one week
notice of
cancellation is required for full refund less a $50 bookkeeping fee. With lesser notice,
you forfeit your
deposit, unless we can re-book your room on your scheduled arrival date, in which case,
70% of your
deposit will be refunded to you. Upon check-in, you are responsible for full payment for
the days you have booked, and there are no refunds for shortened stays.
- Check-in time is anytime after 3 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m.
- Quiet time is 11 p.m. until 6:30 a.m.
- On weekends and holidays, a hearty, hot breakfast is served every morning between 8:30 -
9 am.
