Built in 1913, The King's Cottage is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and has been honored with the C. Emlen Urban Award for historic preservation.
This elegant, Spanish style mansion has been beautifully restored to accommodate the most discriminating guest. From the grand sweeping staircase to the original stained glass windows and turn of the century antiques, The King's Cottage offers a uniquely charming atmosphere.

All guest rooms have a TV with a DVD player, cable TV, iron and ironing board, clock radio, hair dryer, and our luxurious King's Cottage bathrobes. The main building has central air conditioning and radiator heat, as well as Free Wireless High Speed Internet (WIFI). The Carriage House has individual climate control. |

Each morning begins with a full gourmet breakfast, featuring fresh delicacies of the season. Dinner reservations with authentic Amish families can be arranged, as well as private tours. Our gracious innkeepers provide personalized information, maps and recommendations when exploring the scenic Amish countryside.
For guests who need to depart before breakfast, we will provide a continental breakfast with some of our homemade goodies & fruit included. Guests in the Majestic Chambre or the Carriage House, both furnished with antique dining tables for two, may opt to have breakfast delivered to their door inside a lovely picnic basket. All other guests are served in our beautiful dining room from 8:30 - 9:30 daily.
Our menus are designed with strict attention to any dietary restrictions guests share with us. With advance notice we are happy to accommodate gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, lactose free, low fat and diabetic requests.
