- ROOM AMENITIES:
Fifteen unique deluxe rooms are all equipped with private bathrooms with a shower and/or
bath, air conditioning, phones, high quality 600 count cotton sheets, Egyptian cotton
towels, bathrobes, 24/7 front desk service, hairdryers, AM/FM clock radio,TV and smoke
alarms, and turn down service with Godiva chocolates. Irons and ironing boards are
available upon request, and all windows open for fresh air. All rooms will have bottled
water, Godiva demitasse chocolate squares, and a fresh flower to welcome you.
- WIRELESS INTERNET:
If you are traveling with your laptop, complimentary wireless
high speed internet access is available. Please ask for a security code upon your arrival.
We also have a computer work station within our offices on the first floor for those who
can not travel with their laptop.
- CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST INCLUDED IN YOUR ROOM RATE:
We offer an extended continental breakfast each
morning from 7:00a.m. - 10:00a.m. Our continental breakfast consist of a variety of fresh
fruits, granola, and a delicious assortment of locally baked breads and pastries.
- AFTERNOON TEA:
An afternoon tea along with daily homemade gourmet cookies, seven
days per week in our TWO DINNING ROOMS with original fireplaces.
- RATES:
Start from $209.00 plus tax per nigh for a regular bedroom with a
queen size bed. Suite rates start at $249.00 plus tax per night. Newly opened Extended
Luxury suites rates start at $299.00 per night plus tax. Rate for our Presidential Suite
starts at $389.00 for a midweek and $409.00 for a weekend.
- TAX:
There is a 15.2% tax added to all room rates.
- DOUBLE OCCUPANCY:
All rates are based on two people occupancy. We are able to
accommodate an additional person in only one of our large extended suite on a queen size
pull out couch. There is an extra charge per night in the amount of $20.00 for a child
between 6 - 12 years old and $30.00 for a person 12 years old and older.
- Deposits: In order to
check in, all reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card . We accept cash,
Traveler Checks, Master Card, Visa, American Express. Please be advised that a $200
refundable deposit is required upon check-in, if paying by cash..
- Cancellations: Due to our
size we must require 7 days notice for all cancellations prior to check in date.
Cancellation Fee is equal to one night stay will be charged for all late cancellations..

- Check-in: 3:00 pm, Check-out: 11:00 am.
- Parking: There
is convenient parking across the street from the hotel. The garage entrance is on 8th
street, between Walnut and Locust Streets. The fee for 24 hours is $25.00.
For this parking garage only, The Morris House Hotel will validate your parking ticket for
15% discount. .
- New Service: A new service is available now where you can pre reserve our wonderful
Godiva Chocolates and our special artesian Norwegian Voss water, to be presented in your

Please note that the Morris House is a historic
landmark, and to preserve and maintain its historic significance no elevator is present
and no pets of any kind are allowed. Our guests can be accommodated either on second or
third floor and the children are welcome with a parent or guardian. The entire building is
non-smoking.
