Sage - This spacious second floor room is decorated with a rich jewel-tone floral and features a ceiling-high bifold Victorian screen serving as a headboard for the queen bed. The comfortable sitting area contains a rocker and relaxing wing chair. Private bath.

Rosemary - A romantic second floor room with queen bed, fireplace, cherry furnishings, and antique carved rose-back chairs with needlepoint seat covers. The floral and lace bed canopy make this room a favorite of honeymooners and anniversary couples. Private bath.

Parsley - An unusual blend of raspberry, teal and mustard color. This second floor room and complement its oak and curly maple antique furnishings. A lace and satin bed topper enhances the queen bed. Available with private bath, or shares a bath with the Thyme room.

Thyme - A second floor, wicker-appointed suite. The sitting room is a year-round enclosed porch nestled beside the branches of our sycamore tree, overlooking the rose and herb gardens. An antique quilt on the double bed, eyelet accents and lots of plants create a peaceful, country retreat. Available with private bath, or shares a bath with the Parsley room.

Basil - The sole room on the third floor, the Basil room is furnished with white wicker, a queen bed and a twin bed. The angled ceilings and sitting area nook with window seat make this very large room a cozy one. The color scheme is pink and blue with lots of white eyelet. Private bath. Whirlpool tub.

Guest Rates

• $70-$120 double occupancy
  
• $15 extra person in room
  

Reservations

• A 50% deposit must be received within five days to confirm your reservation.
  
• We prefer payment in cash, personal check or travelers checks. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Balance is due at check-in.
  
• Your deposit will be returned in full for a cancellation occurring more than 14 days before the intended arrival date.
  
• For cancellations made inside 14 days, we retain the deposit and apply it to a future reservation if we cannot re-rent.

From PA Turnpike - Rte. 72 South (Exit 20). Turn left on High Street, then right on Linden Street. We are the last house on the right.

From Rte. 30W - Rte. 283 W to Rte. 72 North (Manheim Pike). Go about 7 miles, turn right on High Street, then right on Linden Street. We are the last house on the right.

From Rte. 30E - Rte. 72 North (Manheim Pike). Go about 7 miles, turn right on High Street, then right on Linden Street. We are the last house on the right.
