• Take 93 South to Route 24 South.
• Follow Route 24 to its end where Route 114 begins.
• Take Exit 1 (Route 138 South to Middletown and Newport Beaches)
• Follow 138 South to 138A (Bank of America and Dunkin Donuts on your right) - turn left onto Route 138A, following signs to Newport Beaches.
• At second set of stoplights, turn left. Continue 2 miles past Easton's Beach and up the hill - now Memorial Boulevard - to second set of lights - make a right onto Bellevue Avenue.
• Take your 2nd left onto Pelham Street.
• The Inn is located on the left at 25 Pelham Street. Parking in the rear.

• Interstate 95 North to Exit 3 in Rhode Island to Route 138 East.
• Follow 138 East. After North Kingston, take Rt. 1 North and follow signs to the Newport Bridge ( = 138 East).
• You'll first cross the Jamestown Bridge and then the Newport Bridge (Toll).
• Take the first exit off Newport Bridge to Historic Newport.
• Take a right at the bottom of the off-ramp.
• At the second traffic light turn right where the road forks onto America's Cup Avenue.
• America's Cup will turn left by the harbor front area and leads into Memorial Blvd. at a traffic light.
• Follow Memorial Blvd. uphill to the first traffic light - make a left onto Spring Street.
• Take your fourth left onto Pelham Street.
• The Inn is located on the left at 25 Pelham Street. Parking in the rear.

• Follow Airport Exit Signs and take I-95 South (move to the left lane)
• Take Exit 9 onto Route 4 South.
• Follow Route 4 to its end – becomes Route 1 South.
• Exit to Newport & Jamestown Bridges. You’ll first cross the Jamestown Bridge and then the Newport Bridge (Toll) = Route 138 East.
• Take the first exit off Newport Bridge to Historic Downtown Newport.
• Take a right at the bottom of the off-ramp.
• At the second traffic light turn right where the road forks onto America’s Cup Avenue.
• America’s Cup will turn left by the harbor front area and leads into Memorial Blvd. at a traffic light.
• Follow Memorial Blvd. uphill to the first traffic light - make a left on to Spring Street.
