Procedures~ |
- Weekend rates apply Friday and Saturday Night as well as Holiday/Festival Sundays.
- Reduced Mid-week rates available.
- A two-night minimum stay is required during all weekends throughout the year.
- A three-night minimum is required on Holiday and Special Event/Festival weekends.
- Room Rates are subject to 13% Tax and are based on double occupancy.
- Extra person charges (in our Burgundy Suite) are $50 per person per night.
- All rates subject to change without notice.
- Check-in: 2 - 7 p.m.; Check-out:11 a.m.
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a one-night deposit (including tax) or
50% of total due for bookings longer then 2 nights.
- Balance due upon arrival.
- Payment may be made by cash, traveler's check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and
American Express).
- No children under the age of 13.
- No pets please.
- No smoking in the Inn.
- Off-street parking is provided, one car per room.

~Cancellation Policies~ |
- Deposit refunds - less a $25 processing fee - will be issued if the reservation is
cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival.
- If cancelled within 14 days of arrival, a credit in the form of a Gift Certificate
(Valid for one year) for the amount of the deposit - less our $25 processing fee - will be
issued only if we are able to rebook the room.
- No refunds for early departures.
- No refund or gift certificates will be issued in the case of No-Shows
