with all its well known restaurants, galleries, nightlife, and sites, is
just a short stroll down historic Pelham Street.

the Inn, the Cliff Walk is a 6.5 mile walk along the ocean edge cliffs of Newport that
combines the natural beauty of the Newport shore line with the architectural history of
Newport's gilded age. Wildflowers, birds, geology, and a front yard view of the Newport
Mansions all add to this delightful Walk.
- Ocean Drive: Newport's breathtaking Ocean
Drive is located just minutes from the Inn and features a combination of wealthy summer
homes, public parks, beautiful beaches, and miles of shoreline. The drive can be toured in
a car, tour bus, or, for the more adventurous, on a bicycle.
- The Newport International Tennis Hall of Fame
is a beautiful and affordable attraction that is only a five-minute walk from our Bed and
Breakfast. Built in 1880 as a private club and playground for the wealthy, this non-profit
institution is dedicated to preserving the history of tennis, inspiring and encouraging
junior tennis development, enshrining tennis heroes and heroines and providing a landmark
for tennis enthusiasts worldwide. During the summer, spring, and fall, guests of the Inn
can enjoy lunch overlooking the only professionally played grass courts in the United
States.

Rates and Policies |
- Rates: Peak
Season: $199 - $349 per night, Off-Peak: $99 - $249 per night
- Rates include full breakfast as well as free
parking for one car per room.
- Reservations: Reservations may be made with
a credit card any time before arrival on-line or by phone. We accept Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.
- Deposit: A one night deposit is required at
time of booking for 1 or 2 night stays. A 50% deposit of the total stay is required at
time of booking for stays 3 nights and longer.
- Cancellations: Cancellations may be made up
to 15 days prior to arrival with only a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14
days will be charged the one-night deposit as the cancellation fee. If the room can be
resold, the deposit refund will be given and only the $25 cancellation fee will apply.
- Check-In: Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. to
7:00 P.M. Alternative special arrangements may be possible if required.
- Check-Out: Check out time is 11:00 A.M.
- Children: Children eight years of age and
over are welcome.
- Smoking: No smoking is permitted on the Inn
property, however, the front sidewalk at the main entrance is available for your smoking
use.
- Pets: Sorry, we do not allow pets, however,
we can recommend a boarding facility nearby for you to contact.
