Innkeepers Cheryl and Harry continually provide a comfortable and welcoming hospitality at this three-building mini-compound, consisting of the Main Inn, Carriage House and Annandale Cottage

The Inn is located adjacent to Newport's famous Cliff Walk and just a two-minute walk to Bellevue Avenue and all the attractions in Newport. Inside you'll find graciously appointed rooms, full baths, and plenty of outside gardens in which to relax and enjoy your time in Newport.

Whether you're interested in Newport's famous mansions, fine dining, or shopping, the Victorian Ladies Inn is a short walk to all of Newport's attractions including nearby beaches, the Colonial town, famed mansions, and harbor front dining.

Rates and Policies
  • Peak Season: $185 - $275 per night.
  • Off-Peak: $115 - $195 per night.
  • Rates include full, gourmet breakfast as well as free parking for one car per room.
  • Rates do not include applicable taxes and are subject to change without notice.
  • Reservations may be made with a credit card any time before arrival with no deposit required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. The balance of the room stay can be paid either by credit card or by cash/check.
  • Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 15 days prior to arrival. Cancellation within 14 days will be charged a one-night deposit. If the space can be resold, a refund will be given minus a $25 handling fee.
  • Check-in: 2:00 - 6:00 pm, unless other arrangements are made.
  • Check-out: 11:00 am.
  • No smoking is permitted inside the inn.
  • We can accommodate canine friends with advance notice and a $25 fee per night.
  • Children over ten years of age are welcome.
