 The Villa is the ideal setting for getaways, honeymoons, and rekindling romances. Imagine yourself in a cozy, private suite in winter, gazing at the hypnotic flames of a sensuous, crackling fire.

A pleasing, home baked, complimentary breakfast is served in the dining area, or poolside.

Hosts Angela & Peter aim to make your stay a truly comfortable and memorable one. They can assist you in finding the best places to explore nature, the arts, and the many fine local restaurants. Stroll through the quaint village of Historic Watch Hill and browse through dozens of specialty shops that overlook the bay. Take a short drive to other popular areas such as Downtown Westerly, Mystic Seaport, Mystic Aquarium and Foxwoods Casino. Newport, RI and the ferry to Block Island are close by as well. And, above all, explore the endless miles of white sand beaches of Southern Rhode Island - just minutes from The Villa.

Policies

  • Rates subject to 7% RI sales tax & 5% RI hotel tax, each additional person - $25 per night.

  • Check-in time 3 to 6 pm, Check-out time 11:00am.

  • Office hours are 8:00am to 8:00pm daily.

  • DEPOSITS: One nights room rate for two nights or less, or 50% of extended stay. Balance due upon check in.

  • CONFIRMATIONS: Will be forwarded upon receipt of advance deposit.

  • CANCELLATIONS: Refunds will be made if cancellation is given 15-days prior to arrival or if room can be re-rented. A $10 handling fee per room is assessed on all cancellations. No refunds for early departures unless room is re-rented.

  • PAYMENTS: American Express, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Cash. Personal Check at least two weeks before arrival.

The Villa is a Non-Smoking Inn.
