Bombay Room

This room is located on the second floor of the house and overlooks Pinckney Street. It has a King canopy bed, working gas fireplace, and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub.

Parisian Room

This room is located on the first floor of the house. It has a beautiful King size brass bed and a private bath with shower only. It also has a working gas fireplace.

Charleston Rice Room

This room is located on the second floor of the house. It has a beautiful King size bed, working gas fireplace, and private bath with shower only.

Equestrian Room

This room is located on the first floor of the house. It has a beautiful pencil-post King bed, gas fireplace, antique wardrobe, and a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

Cottage Room

This room is located on the second floor of the house and has a Queen bed and private bath.
Rates: $150-$300/NT

Palmer Pinckney Inn Policies

• Reservations: We require a one night deposit (for each room booked) on a credit card at the time of booking to make a reservation. No exceptions!
• Cancellations: Our cancellation policy requires two weeks notice prior to your date of arrival. There will be a $25 handling fee per room (per night) for any cancellations. If a cancellation is made within two weeks of your arrival date we cannot refund your deposit. Gift certificates fall under the same cancellation policy (fee will be deducted from amount of certificate). Upon arrival, we do not give refunds for early check-outs and the entire balance is due. Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced!
• Pets are allowed for a fee based on the size of the animal. Additional fee for extra pet (Two pets Max).
• Children: For their own safety and for the consideration of other guests, no children under the age of ten are allowed. Please keep in mind all rooms are Double Occupancy.
• Hurricane Policy
  We understand and respect the concern and apprehension that may arise from an approaching hurricane. The following policies apply for each room booked:
  If the weather service issues a hurricane advisory or warning for the Charleston, SC area:
  
       1. Guests residing at the inn may choose to evacuate. In this case, we will charge only for those nights spent with us up to the time of the evacuation.
       2. For those guests with pending arrivals, we would retain the deposit and credit it to a future stay.
  
  If there is NO hurricane advisory or warning for the Charleston, SC area (i.e. there is not an imminent threat): For vacation to be cancelled because a hurricane might make landfall near Downtown Charleston or that there might be an aftermath, deposits will NOT be refunded and will NOT be credited to a future stay. Your card will be charged the entire amount owed for the scheduled stay.
  If a hurricane has made landfall and The Palmer Pinckney Inn (or downtown Charleston) is not fit for guests: For guests with pending reservations affected by such a situation, we would retain the deposit and apply it to a future stay.
