Riverwalk Vista is a newly adaptive reuse of the Dullnig Building, which was built as a wholesale grocery, in 1883. The Inn occupies the second and third floors of this architectural gem.
Our doorman will assist with your luggage and escort you up the stairs into our foyer. From the moment you enter, you will immediately feel the ambience of this quaint inn. Riding up the elevator, historic San Antonio will come alive through our collage of vintage photos. Entering into the lobby our innkeeper will greet you and show you to your room. The period antiques and quilts are perfect companions to the old long leaf pine floors and twelve foot wood ceilings.
As you enter any one of our 17 rooms, the four foot by nine foot windows will instantly draw and mesmerize you.

Our Continental Breakfast
We provide a continental breakfast each morning from 8am-10am, an afternoon snack beginning at 3pm and a glass of wine is offered between 5pm-8pm nightly. Our continental breakfast consists of coffees, hot teas, seasonal fruits, breakfast bread, bagels, English muffins, yogurts, cold cereals, hot cereals, juices, boiled eggs, salsa, and at least one hot dish. There are a multitude of restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the Vista to fulfill your needs. The Innkeepers are always happy to assist any guest with lunch and dinner reservations along the riverwalk or any restaurant in the city.
