Located in Tyler, Texas, "The Rose Capital of the World" and Tyler's first Bed & Breakfast, The Rosevine Inn is situated on one of the city's quaint brick streets near the Azalea District.

The home is furnished with antiques and country collectibles. Numerous antique and craft shops are
only a short distance away.

Rosevine Inn is a quaint two-story home complete with a white picket fence located in the Brick Street District of Tyler. We are convenient to Tyler Junior College, University of Texas at Tyler, Tyler Medical Complex, and, of course, malls, shopping, and the many lakes and parks throughout the Smith County area.

Rosevine Inn was built with the look and feel of a vintage 1930's home but with all the modern conveniences including insulation in all interior walls between guest rooms for noise reduction.  The living area features a turn of the century fireplace mantel, a 1928 Aeolian Player Piano as well as furnishings from the 20's and 30's. Each room is individually decorated.

Rosevine Inn Bed & Breakfast has 5 guest rooms and a quaint private cottage, all with private bath, 3 outdoor fireplaces, hottub, gourmet breakfasts and the most comfortable beds in East Texas.

All accommodations are nicely decorated with antiques, wallpapers and private baths.

In the morning wake to the smell of fresh brewed coffee available in the central hallway

Next, enjoy a full, formal breakfast consisting of quiches and such, muffins, coffee cakes or fresh baked breads, fresh fruits and juices with coffee or hot teas. All this is prepared fresh every morning by Becca. The morning meal is served in the dining room from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m.

Your hosts will be more than happy to direct you to great restaurants, antique shoppes, museums, lakes, zoo, rose garden, and other sites throughout Tyler and the surrounding area.

Rates & Policies
  • Rates vary from $110.00 to $175.00 per night. Any additional person will be $15.00.
  • Long term accommodations with various services can be arranged for the individual or corporation.
  • Due to our size and uniqueness, Rosevine Inn is never overbooked. Therefore, reservations are required in advance and are guaranteed with a credit card or deposit.
  • Rooms are subject to a 13.00% room tax.
  • Rates include breakfast.
  • Credit cards and checks accepted.
  • Cancellation notice is five days before arrival date. If less notice is given, your deposit will only be refunded if your room can be rebooked. Unsecured reservations are automatically cancelled.
  • No minimum stay required.
  • Check in is 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Check out is by 11:00 a.m.
  • Business travelers can be accommodated with airport pickup, fax and copy machines, VCR and secretarial services.
  • Children welcome with advance arrangement.
  • Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated.
  • As a courtesy to other guests and for safety, smoking is allowed outside only.
