The Heritage Inn
Bed and Breakfast Cluster consists of two separate houses;
The Redbud House and The Pecan House.
Enter Our Gates to experience hospitality and comfort that seem to be lost in today's fast paced world. The Heritage Inns are 2 historic Victorian houses that have been lovingly restored by your hosts, John and Donna Morris. Feast your eyes on hardwood floors, 10 foot tall ceilings, wormy chestnut wood trims, a back porch swing and glider and an antique Coke machine.
The houses are bookends with Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant in the middle. The surrounding gardens provide a lovely campus for weddings, receptions, getaways, and family reunions. Located within walking distance of Denton's downtown Historic Square, Quakertown Park, Texas Women's University and Denton's blossoming music scene, it is the ideal place to stay and enjoy our many festivals.
Each house is beautifully restored with it's own distinct style and flair.

**The first floor of the Pecan House is comprised of a kitchen, dining room and parlor which are all open for the use and convenience of our guests. |
A different gourmet, homecooked breakfast is served everyday with famous breakfast muffins delivered to your door every Sunday morning.
Weddings and Events
Our weddings range in size from 2 person elopements to 150 people garden
weddings. We strive to take the stress out of your wedding and reception planning
and preparation. Your special event can take place in the gazebo wedding garden or
by the fireplace in the parlor. Receptions are held next door at Giuseppe's Italian
Restaurant patio garden or indoors in the private dining room.
Wedding packages offered are elopements, small weddings, vows renewals, afternoon or
evening gardens, parlor weddings.

We also open our facilities for guest accommodations, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, retreats, and business meetings.
Denton Festivals
The Heritage inns are celebrating 19 years years of service in
the Denton community. Our central location on Locust Street
makes us to closest lodging to Texas woman's University, Historic Court House
Square, Denton's fabulous music scene, the new A Train, and the sites of Denton's many
festivals. We are the closest B&B to University of North Texas
and all 3 of Denton's Historic Disrtricts.
