The Rustic Creek Ranch Cottages are minutes south of Dallas & Fort Worth on I-35W. All 37 cottages are furnished with a variety of unique furnishings acquired from locations in the deep interior of old Mexico to the piney woods of East Texas. A majority include intimate spas and fireplaces for a romantic and refreshing stay.

The Ranch offers 4 buildings for your Rally, Weddings, Groups or Family Reunions.

Suites and Cabins Procedures and Policies

  • Note: from April 1 - Labor Day there is a 2 night min. stay on weekends. There is a 3 night min. stay for Memorial Day weekend, July 4th weekend, and Labor Day weekend.

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express

  • Cancellations are subject to a minimum $10 cancellation fee. In addition, cancellatin made:
    - 30 days or more from arrival, no refund will be given;
    - 60 days or more from arrival, there will be a 50% refund of the reservation;
    - 90 days or more from arrival, there will be a full refund of the reservation minus the cancellation fee.
    NEW CANCELLATION POLICY BEGINNING MARCH 1, 2011

    All reservations for cottages / Ranger Smiths and or halls must be paid in full at the time of booking. There will be no refund after reservation has been processed.

  • Our check-out time is 12:00 noon for RV sites and 11:00am for cottages. Please notify manager if you are staying longer.
  • Make prior arrangments with our office staff if you need to check-in later then 8:00PM
  • All posted rates are based on double occupancy, with a $10.00 per additional occupant charge in select cabins
  • Maximun cabin occupancies are designed for your comfort and are strictly enforced
  • Rates are subject to applicable taxes and can change without notice
  • Some of our cabins are pet friendlly with an additional charge of $10.00 per pet
  • No pets over 25lbs
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets and agree to pay for any charges that may arise from said damage
  • All suites and cabins are non-smoking. If there is smoking, odor of smoke, or damage from smoking, a $50.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card
  • No lit candles will be allowed in any of our suites or cabins
