Virginia Beach's premiere Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast is located in Virginia Beach's Old Beach section only 3 blocks from the oceanfront.

The home, circa 1937, is the foundation for many up-to-date improvements including expanding the total living space to over 4,900 sq. ft.

All 8 beautifully appointed rooms feature a private bathroom which may include hydro body massage, steamer,  rainfall shower, Travertine tile or  jetted tub. 

All are luxurious. 

Select rooms include a HD television, cable and internet hookups as well as WiFi throughout, accommodating the business traveler and vacationer alike.  A 3rd floor library tower awakens your senses to a warm ocean sunrise and the year round heated outdoor spa pool rejuvenates your spirit.

Start off the day with a delicious breakfast and relaxing massage or keep up with the locals walking on the beach and riding bikes.   The boardwalk, Convention Center historical Lifeguard Station Museum, Contemporary Art Center of Virginia, 24th Street Performing Arts stage and many other attractions are within walking distance (3 to 6 blocks).  Many vacationers like to travel to historical Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown for the day.

Beach Spa Bed & Breakfast will provide assistance with information and pricing for selecting the perfect package during your stay.  Wedding, Honeymoon, Anniversary, Family Retreat, Golf, Boating, Beach and Spa packages are available.  Please call for details.

Visit to Beach Spa Bed & Breakfast in Virginia Beach will rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit with eco-friendly products and practices.    From the simplest items of biking or walking to the store to the high tech ductless HVAC and tankless water systems, Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast is keeping our guests comfort at the forefront without increasing our carbon footprint.

Guest Information
  • For your health & ours, the Beach Spa is a non-smoking facility.  For anyone breaking this policy, a $250.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
  • Sorry, no pets permitted.
  • Two-night stay required on weekends; three nights on holiday weekends.  NOTE: Parking is limited.  One car per room.  Overflow paid parking is available.
  • Breakfast prepared daily in our residential kitchen.
  • Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m.; check-out is 11 a.m.
  • Massages require 48 hours or more to schedule.  Massages cancelled less than 48 hours are fully charged.
  • Guest is subject to a 50% charge if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, payment received upon arrival.
  • Cancellations:  Deposits are refunded if cancellation is received a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival date.  If cancellation occurs or your stay is shortened, Beach Spa BnB will refund the 50% charge if the room is rebooked. A service charge of $25.00 will be applied.
  • A credit card is required for reservation and upon check-in for any incidentals. 
  • Due to last minute cancellations and our need to maximize capacity, Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast reserves the right to move double occupancy room reservations to accommodate more guests.  If we move you to a different room for this purpose, we will extend a 10% discount off the room rate.
