  • A one night prepaid deposit is required at the time of your reservation with balance due 14 days prior to reservation. (December & May Commencement dates require 30 days cancellation notice).
  • Rates based on double occupancy-extra person $30.
  • 14 day notice is required for a full refund (less a $10 administrative fee). Less than 14 days notice for cancellation requires resale of the entire reservation for refund. (December & May Commencement dates require 30 days cancellation notice).
