Cabin Rental Prices

Prices are per couple/per night and include breakfast each morning
Bungalows: $110 plus tax
Lofts: $130 plus tax
$10 per night for each additional person age 5 and up.
Children under 5 stay FREE
Minimum stay required during seasonal months
Stay 6 nights and the 7th is FREE
Reservations and Deposit Required

Rental Policies

Minimum Nights: A two night minimum is in effect during seasonal months
Payment Terms: All reservations require at least a one nights deposit to reserve. Deposits must be made with a major credit card. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or AmEx) The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Accommodations: Each cabin will accomodate four comfortably. Prices are per couple/per night, each additional guest is $10 per night. There must be at least one person that is 21 years of age or older on the premises at all times while children are present.
Cancellations and Changes: All cancellations or changes to reservations must be made by the person listed on the reservation. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days of arrival date all deposited monies will be forfeited. Fiddler's Roost cannot be responsible for inclement weather, illness, etc. Your cabin has been blocked for the number of nights on the reservation, we cannot issue a refund for late arrivals or early departures.
Check In/Check Out: Check-in is 3 PM. No early check in is permitted unless arranged beforehand. Check out time is 11 AM. Please be prompt about checking out as we will have to prepare the cabin for other guests. We ask that you place all trash in kitchen recepticle, place all wet linens in the bathtub, wash and put away any dishes, set the thermostat to 55, secure all windows and doors, and return the key the office. Cleaning services are provided upon departure, for an additional $50 fee.
Smoking: There is no smoking permitted inside the cabins. Recepticles will be provided on the front porch and cigarettes should be disposed of properly. Any evidence of smoking within the cabins may result in additional cleaning charges.
Damages: Cabins are inventoried before and after each guest, missing items will result in additional charges. Guests will not permit or participate in any actions that will cause damage or excessive cleaning to the property. The registered guest will be responsible for the actions of their visitors.
Whirlpool Baths: Loft cabins are equipped with whirlpool baths. Please be aware that there are certain health risks associated with their use. USE THIS EQUIPMENT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Do not leave children unattended. Amenities: Each cabin is equipped with charcoal grill, television, DVD/VCR, bath & bed linens, microwave & coffee maker. A starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, coffee, cream & sugar.
Pets: Due to insurance constraints, we cannot allow pets. But we can provide a list of local kennels.
Fire Safety: Cabins are located in wooded areas within close proximity to National Parks. Please observe the following:
* Do not leave burning grill unattended.
* No outside fires except in designated areas.
* No fireworks.
Refunds: Fiddler's Roost strives to keep all of our properties in good working order. However, as with anything that is mechanical, failures do sometimes occur. No refunds will be issued for early departure due to malfunctions in equipment (i.e. Jacuzzi Tubs, Televisions, VCR's, etc.) or weather conditions.

From all points South of Galax:
Coming North on I-77 or US-52, take Hwy 89 West near the Mt. Airy area.
Stay on Hwy 89 all the way into Virginia.
After crossing the Virginia State Line, go approximately 1 mile.
Watch for the "Blue Ridge Parkway" sign, and turn right -
Take a left on the Parkway - Toward the Music Center -
2.5 miles to SR 612 - Right to Fishers Peak Rd -
Veer left at gate - Last cabin on right is office

From all points North of Galax:
Coming South on I-77, take exit 14 (Hillsville / Galax / Hwy 58).
Take Hwy 58 West towards Galax.
Go approximately 12 miles.
Turn left onto Hwy 89 Bypass.
At the end of the Bypass, turn left onto Hwy 89 South.
Go approximately 5.5 miles.
Watch for the "Blue Ridge Parkway" sign, and turn right -
Take a left on the Parkway - Toward the Music Center -
2.5 miles to SR 612 - Right to Fishers Peak Rd -
Veer left at gate - Last cabin on right is office
