you.
- Availability of rooms and suites may be viewed on-line by clicking on Availability, Room
Rates & On-Line Bookings No reservation is guaranteed until we have issued a
confirmation to you.
- Rates based on double occupancy range from $115 - $229 per night, tax and gratuity not
included. A $10 discount is available Sunday through Thursday. Additional person in
room/bed in room is $25
- Rates subject to change without notice
- All rates include a bountiful breakfast.
- Prix fixe dinner available for inn guests
- Gift certificates and individual arrangements are available.
- Check-in time is from 3 to 7 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11 a.m.

- The Inn does not meet the needs of children under 4 years of age.
- Guest Kitchen: Our guest kitchen is provided for your use. Please mark
all of your personal items with your name. We cannot be responsible for items consumed by
other guests.
- Alcoholic Beverages: We offer a wide selection of wine, beer and
alcohol for service in our public and dining areas. As a Virginia ABC Licensed facility
consumption of your personal alcoholic beverages is restricted to your room and any porch
or balcony attached to your room.

Deposit: In order to confirm your reservation we require a
deposit of the greater of one night or fifty per cent (50%) of the total charge for your
visit. Unpaid balances are due in full at check-out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express, cash, personal checks, and traveler's checks. Personal checks must be received at
least 14 days prior to your arrival. Personal checks are not accepted as final payment.
Cancellations: There is a $25.00 service fee for cancellations made 14 days
before your arrival time. The balance of your deposit will be refunded. If a cancellation
is made during the 14 days before your arrival time, the entire cost of your stay is due
unless we are able to rebook your room. If we are able to rebook your room we will be
happy to apply your deposit to a future visit (within one year, based on availability) to
The Mark Addy.
