The Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm is located along the Moorman River, an historic passageway into the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Shenandoah National Park. Only 13 miles west of Charlottesville, Virginia, our seventy acre setting offers you a kind and gentle refuge, yet is convenient to Monticello, the University of Virginia, wineries and other favorite attractions.
Explore the organic vegetable and flower gardens adjacent to our mountain brook; hike from our front door into the Shenandoah National Park directly to the Appalachian Trail; visit wineries and historical sites; go fishing, horseback riding, or tubing on the gentle James River. Give us advance notice and we'll prepare a delicious picnic lunch for your outing. In winter months join us for a scrumptious candle light dinner on Saturday evening (with prior reservation). If you wish we'll give you touring advice, directions, and call for reservations and information for you.

You may choose among five distinctive bedrooms, each decor inspired by natural features of the area. All bedrooms have private baths, some offer whirlpool tubs and wood-burning fireplaces. King, queen and twin beds are available. |
In the morning awaken to the aromas of muffins baking, homefries browning and bacon or sausage sizzling in preparation for your full country breakfast.
You may relax in your room or settle in one of our comfortable guest areas including the sun room, the study with TV, or the family room with a huge palladian window (with a direct view to one of the overlooks on Skyline Drive.
Whether you choose to explore nearby areas for adventure, historic or winery tours, shopping, or prefer to take a soothing walk beside a woodland stream to absorb the peace of the natural habitat, we ensure your stay at the Inn at Sugar Hollow Farm Bed and Breakfast will be both relaxing and memorable.
Rates include a full country breakfast. Dinners are offered to our guests on Saturday nights, Jan-Mid March, at an additional charge of $25.00 per person. Advance reservations required.
