Follow I-91 North to Exit 25 to Barton. Turn right onto Rte. 16 towards Barton, go approximately 1/4 mile and take the first left onto Roaring Brook Road.

Go 2 miles and take a right at the stop sign. Follow the road for 1 mile past Parker Store and Lake Parker.  Maple Manor is on the right.
