Guest Rooms Our six pristine guest rooms, all with private baths, are filled with amenities. Each room is unique, receiving our careful attention to provide you with a luxurious stay with us. At your day's end, your beds, down comforter and plush pillows welcome you to deep, restful sleep. Rooms are complete with guest-controlled heat, air conditioning, and ceiling fans.

We take great pride in making each room an enchanting place to be.

Making Reservations At The Birds Nest Inn

All rates include our full country breakfast and afternoon culinary delights.

Rates range from $100 - $190 depending upon the time of year.

Guest rooms accommodate up to 2 persons.

Our 9 percent state lodging tax is not included. Payment may be made by cash, check, MasterCard, Visa,
Discover or American Express.

For everyone's comfort, smoking and non-resident pets are not permitted at the Inn. The inn is appropriate for
guests age 13 and above.

Deposit Policy

For a one-night stay, full payment including tax. Two nights or more - 50 percent of total stay including tax.

Deposits must be received within 7 days of the date the reservation is made. If a credit card is used for a deposit
it will be processed at that time. Deposit is forfeited if guests arrive after date specified.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a guaranteed reservation more than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival, we will be delighted to credit
your deposit to another visit within 6 months, or we will refund your deposit less a $10 per room processing fee.

If you cancel 14 days or less from the arrival date, refunds (less the $10 processing fee) will be made only if the
room is re-booked.

If you arrive after the date expected or depart before the final date of the guaranteed reservation, you will be
charged the full amount of your expected stay.
