Rates and Policies |
- Rates
Room rates range from $145 to $195 per day.* The Blacksmith Suite is $195 and the Full
Cottage $325 per day. All rates are based on double occupancy and include a full country
breakfast. There is an additional charge of $20 per day per person or per extra bed. A
Vermont state tax of 9% is additional to all rates.
*Rates are slightly higher with minimum stays required during foliage season and other
peak periods and holiday weekends.
- No Smoking
Hickory Ridge House complies with Vermont's Clean Air Act. There is no smoking in the inn
or the cottage.
- Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. on the day of arrival or by arrangement.
Check-out is no later than 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
- Confirmations
To confirm a reservation, a deposit of one night's stay is required. Guests who arrive
after their confirmed arrival date or depart before the final day of their reservation
will forfeit their deposit. Guests who do not honor their confirmed reservation will be
debited 100% of the room charge for the entire period
reserved.
- Cancellations
With at least ten days' notice of a cancellation, Hickory Ridge House will refund the
deposit but withhold a $25 processing fee.
With less than ten days' notice of a cancellation, Hickory Ridge House will apply the
deposit to a visit within six months, provided the cancelled room is rebooked.
- Children
Hickory Ridge House welcomes children over the age of ten.
- Pets
Hickory Ridge House does not have facilities for pets.
