Built in 1884, this brick vernacular style building has seen more than a century of the town's activity and growth.

Today, after careful restoration, the Inn at Cedar Crossing offers the comfort and amenities of a historic inn.

As you enter the guest lobby you are greeted by the feeling of a bygone era - the open banister staircase, pressed tin ceilings, and handsome fireplace.

In the evening, the Gathering Room becomes a relaxing spot to enjoy a parlor game or to curl up fireside with a bowl of popcorn and a book. Discover the cookie jar or linger over a cup of hot cider, herbal tea, or fresh lemonade.

Each of our nine guestrooms offers the feeling of an elegant romantic getaway. All are furnished in fine antiques and many offer a fireplace, a double whirlpool tub, or both. Completing the rooms are plump down filled comforters, fine decorator fabrics and wallpapers, and the best linens, with special personal touches everywhere. Guestroom rates range from $75 to $195 per night.

Included with your stay is our homemade "hearty continental" breakfast served between 8 -10 a.m. each day, either in our guest dining room or brought to your door.

Our Restaurant:

 serves creative regional cuisine in Victorian era dining room, offering hearty breakfasts, specialty lunches, and fine evening dining, daily.

Our Fireside Pub:

 is a perfect spot for casual dining and lighter fare.

Inn at Cedar Crossing off season lodging with dinner and carriage ride packages are an exceptional value. For only a modest additional fee over the lodging only rate, you will receive a dining room credit for dinner, a horse drawn carriage ride and a special gift. Packages are available all through the off season, both mid week and weekend. Not interested in the carriage ride? Lodging and dinner only packages are available as well.

Policies
  • Room rates are for two persons.
  • Each additional person in a room is $20 extra.
  • No Smoking, No pets.
  • Children over 8 are welcome
  • Check-in: 2 p.m., Check-out: 11 am
  • To confirm your reservation, a one night's deposit plus 9.5 percent sales tax is required within seven days from the date reservations are made.
  • If cancellation is necessary, your deposit will be refunded in full if we can re-rent the room or upon a 14-day advance notice.
  • Typically, when a stay involves a Saturday night, we require a two night minimum.
  • Three-night minimums on most holiday weekends and peak fall weekends.
  • Televisions and VCR's are available in guestrooms. For your convenience, all guestrooms have a telephone featuring free local calls and calling card access for long distance. Long distance calling cards are available at the front desk at very competitive rates. A computer with high speed internet access is available in our lounge. Laptop users with a wireless access card may use our high speed wireless network.
