The Washington House Inn is the place to experience Country Victorian elegance at its finest. The Inn offers a unique blend of the comforts of today with the charm of the past. Located in the heart of Cedarburg's Historic District, the beautiful Victorian Cream City Brick building was built in 1886 and existed as a hotel until the 1920's. In 1983, the building was purchased with the intention of restoring it to its original use as an inn. Great care was taken to preserve the historic atmosphere while updating the Inn to meet present building and safety codes and providing modern comforts. |
Each guest room is named after a Cedarburg pioneer and all are unique in some way. All the guest rooms feature antique furniture, cozy down comforters and private baths. Most rooms feature whirlpool baths and queen or king beds. Some of the larger suites feature oversized whirlpools and fireplaces.
An afternoon social hour featuring Wisconsin wines and cheeses and a generous continental breakfast of homemade bakery, fresh fruit, cereals and fresh-squeezed juice is included with your stay.

The Inn's comfortable Gathering Room is the perfect setting for a private party or for a relaxing evening by the fire, while the charming Settler's Trail Conference Room offers a unique setting for business meetings. |
